Return Policy

30-Day Right Of Return

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we also grant private customers a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of goods. With this right of return, you can also withdraw from the contract after the legal withdrawal period has expired.

You can exercise the right of return by informing us of your decision by e-mail at mooportraits@hotmail.com within 30 days of receipt of the goods (start of the date of receipt of the goods).

Please email us the return request with:

Reason for your return;

Possibly photos or videos;

Your order number.

Return address

 

We will respond you as soon as possible via email. However, the prerequisite for exercising this voluntary right of return is that you return the goods completely, in their condition intact and without any damage. The return must be in the original packaging or a similarly stable packaging.

The costs of returning the goods will be assumed by you.

As soon as we receive the returned goods, the return request will be processed within a week and refund will be issued within 48-72 hours once the return's request's processed.

 

Order Cancellations:

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at mooportraits@hotmail.com if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
