Yes, Mooportraits is honor to create portraits in honor of passed pets. Send us the image you have and we will work the best for you. Please contact us if you have any further questions at mooportraits@hotmail.com.

If you want to change your order, please reach out within 12 hours via email at: mooportraits@hotmail.com and we will accommodate the change.

We only accept PayPal now.

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $70. For orders under $70, we charge flat rate shipping $15 (all prices in USD)

Occasionally your portrait may get damaged during shipment for reasons that are out of our control. Please contact us via email at: mooportraits@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will get you a replacement for free ASAP.
